PAYMENT The reservation becomes binding with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total estimate for the stay. The payment details must indicate the booking period and the name of the person booking. We will contact you as soon as we receive the deposit. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of check-in will result in a 100% refund. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged, and the room will be held until 10:00 am the day after the first night, in case the guest arrives for any subsequent nights. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Reserved rooms are available from 3:30 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of departure. SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PETS ARE ALLOWED.
