PAYMENT The reservation becomes binding with the payment of the confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total budgeted for the stay. On the payment details it is necessary to indicate the booking period and the name of the person booking. We will contact you as soon as we receive the deposit. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS If cancellations or modifications are made up to 31 days before the scheduled date of arrival, no amount will be charged; Pursuant to article 1385 CC the deposit cannot be returned: if cancellations or modifications are made within 30 days prior to the check-in date, 30% of the total stay will be retained; in the event of a no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged and the room will be kept available until 10:00 am on the day following the first night, in the event that the customer arrives for any subsequent nights. CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS FOR COVID-19 Refund of the deposit in the event of PROVEN restrictions or illness of the guest related to Covid-19 which make it impossible for the guest to reach the facility. 1) The country of origin requires the guest to "quarantine" upon returning from the stay. 2) Suspension of non-European flights. 3) Lockdown in the country of origin. 4) National or regional lockdown. 5) Italy does not accept people from the customer's country of origin. 6) The guest tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT The booked rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. We kindly invite you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am on the day of departure. ANIMALS ARE ACCEPTED.
